The Arts Training Center was opened in May 1992 as the
Scenic Studio and Training Center. Later in April of 2002, the center changed its name into the
current moniker after completing an extensive modernization process, and resumed
its role as the leading educational institution for professionals
in the field of culture and arts. Currently the center
provides a variety of short-term educational and training programs for
working-level knowledge and skills, as well as long-term programs to nurture
experts in the field of performing arts (Performing Arts Workshop/ Stage Art

artists in other ways, such as renting music and sound editing equipment. The KCAF Arts Training
